Same way as the last one -> C = 12g/mol, H = 1g/mol, and O = 16g/mol \[C_6H_{12}O6 = 180g/mol\] \[523.46g * 1 mol/180g = 2.90mol\]

\[523.46g(glucose)*\frac{1mol(glucose)}{180.16g(glucose)}=2.9055mol(glucose)\]

I see no reason to have less than 5. If I'm justified keeping that many sf (which you almost never are), I'm definitely going to.
