Let \( v \) be the speed of the wave, \( f \) the frequency and \( \lambda \) the wavelength. Then it is true for all propagating waves such as sound that \[ v = f \lambda \] Use this equation, your values of \( v \) and \( \lambda \) to solve for frequency \( f \).
