I need help with solving this problem...Calculate the heat in joules needed to melt 16.0 of ice at 0 .

The ice is already at the melting/freezing point. Therefore, the only heat we need to add is that of the heat of fusion. \[Q = m \cdot H_{fus}\]

you need to calculate the head Q=mc(Tf-Ti) {but Tf=Ti so this Q is zero} and the latent heat of fusion using Q=m*Hfice add those two and get the answer
