Since english is not my first language, what do you mean withe digits of a perfect square?
The length of the sides?
like 64: 6+4=10 144: 1+4+4=9
ahh, nice problem, lemme think about that for a mo
Hmm, brute force is no option? Simply consider all numbers whose digits add to the respective numbers?

consider all possible numbers
2 = 2 or 11 3 = 3 or 21 or 12 or 111 5 = 11111 or 11112 or 11121 or 11211 or 12111 or 21111 or etc etc etc
Simply show that all those numbers are not perfect squares It's a bit of work, but it'd work
