hint: take the derivative of both sides
I'm not sure I understand it properly but my answer is: since \[\int\limits_{0}^{x} f(t) dt = 4x^7 + x^4 + 3x\] then you just need to figure out what the intagram (or f(t)) is. To cancel an integral, we can just differentiate, meaning f(x) is just the derivative of \[4x^7 + x^4 + 3x\] which is just: \[28x^6 + 4x^3 +3\]
