The vector Force F is equal to the product of the vector Electric field E and the scalar charge q, \[ F = Eq \] Now solve for E and notice it always in the direction of the force F if q is positive and the opposite direction of q is negative.
So then .06/(2x10^-8) = 3x10^6 to the left since q is negative?
