help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm too lazy right now, but have you tried plotting it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think it's any of them, but it's late and I'm guessing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Direct, do you concur?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh I was asking the guy who's viewing this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well it's not quadratic b/c the y-values for x=-2 and x=0 have to be the same... and they're not. Obviously not linear. Not exp either.

Directrix (directrix):

I'm downloading Java so that I can use the online point plotter to see how the data looks. I could have plotted the data by hand in the time it took to find a plotter and then to download Java. So, I was not looking at this screen but have just returned to get the points.

Directrix (directrix):

I concur. The point-plotter is such that you can't see any more than the hole through which you are looking.
