When i draw the graph for rate of reaction, how do i know to plot the end at the same level or different level?

Not sure what you mean by this, but I'll have to guess that you mean something like the image below. When a reaction starts, reactants are generally used up very quickly, but as the reaction continues, there are fewer and fewer reactant molecules available, so the rate slows down until there are no reactants left. Once this happens, the amount (or concentration) of the reactants stops changing, so the graph flattens out.
