A 25.00 mL sample of 0.132 M HN03 is mixed with 10.00 mL of 0.138M KOH. Is the resulting solution acidic basic or exactly neutralized?

OpenStudy (jfraser):

First thing, find the balanced reaction. Then find the moles of each reactant by using\[mol = Conc*Vol\] Compare the moles you find with the moles the balanced rection says you need. If there is more acid than base, the solution will be acidic. If there is more base than acid, the solution will be basic. If the 2 are equal, the solution is neutral.
