can anyone tell, how two infinite parallel lines overlap each other ? ?
one is on top of another
I mean how they become one ... I have my theorem, according to which they become one if they are infinite parallel lines .
what do you mean "they become one"? I doubt that is how the theorem is stated, what is the exact wording?
according to my theorem, if there are two parallel lines and if they are stretched up to infinity, then they would become one... there won't be 2 lines anymore, .... I have concluded it from some sketches , diagrams
your theorem? so according to your analysis x + y =0 and 4x+4y=0 are the exact same thing?
yeah same thing .... what you're trying to express ?? you didn't get my point ?
I get your point, but you need to be careful in math: there are caveats x+y=0 and 2x+2y=0 are coinciding lines, but that does not make them technically the same line they are what is called "linear dependent" on each other hence, don't try to establish theorems without a strong understanding of the math you are working with You should be very familiar with the mathematics of linear algebra if you are trying to develop a theorem of this sort
