An object is attached to the end of a spring scale and then suspended in a beaker of water. The object weighs 63 N when suspended in the air but shows an apparent weight of 35 N when suspended in the water. If the buoyant force equals the difference between the weight of the object in air and the apparent weight of the object, what is the buoyant force on the object?

OpenStudy (shayaan_mustafa):

simple. your answer is in your question. buoyant force = 63 - 35
