Why does Hot Chocolate powder mix dissolve better in warm milk than in cold milk?

In the hot chocolate powder, the molecules are moving around faster due to the heat. Therefore, they dissolve faster than when the water is cold.

I'm not positive, but I think it is because the warm milk is causing the molecules to move faster, causing the powder to be more exposed to the milk to dissolve. It is why solutes dissolve faster in solvents

yes increased temp increases the rate of dissolving
