id assume it is the same way youd find any other Tseries centered at 0 :)

poly appears here --------------- 3+x ) 3x^3 -x +1

3+x^2 that is .... typoed it

OpenStudy (amistre64):

x^3 - x^5/3 --------------- 3+x^2 ) 3x^3 -x +1 (3x^3 +x^5) ------------ -x^5-x+1 etc.... or, you might consider doing a partial fraction decomp and working the same concept
