Which Is the most stable carbo cation? Our book says ( refer to post) But I don't understand why?

Here, C+ is highly electronegative because it has lost an electron. It can reduce its deficiency of electrons by attracting electrons towards itself from 3 different Carbons attached to it. In other cases there are two or one or no carbons attached, which does not feed the C+ much electrons. So, this is the most stable.
