Okay, no prob.
ax^2 + bx + c is the standard formula
4x^2 - 11x + 6 compare both.
a = 4
b = -11
c = 6
Now insert the values in the formula.

\[x=-11\pm \sqrt{-11^2-4(4)(6)}\over2(4)\]

just inside the radical, write (-11)^2
rest is perfect.

I'd like to note that \(-11^2\neq\left(-11\right)^2\) because \(\left(-11\right)^2=\left(-1\right)^2\left(11\right)^2\) a la \(\left(ab\right)^2=a^2b^2\) and \(-11=-1\times11\).
