what is the equivalent weight of cadmium?

There is something missing in the question. You need to know from which reactant it is produced, because different numbers of electrons can be necessary, depending on the initial chromium compound that is electrolysed. So, equivalent weight of Cr is 52/n , where n is the stoichiometric number for e- in the reaction producing Cr.
