How do I write a chemical equation to explain the pH of a 0.1 mol/L solution of Sr(OH)2 (aq); ph=13?

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

What do you know about Sr(OH)2 ? If it were a perfectly soluble strong base, pH would be pH = 14 + log 0.2 = 13.3 ≠ 13.0 One of the assumptions (perfectly soluble / strong base) must be wrong.
