The permanganate and iron solutions were both 0.1 M and yet 10 drops of iron solution were able to discolor only a few drops of permanganate solution. What can you conclude about the stoichiometry of the reaction?

You should be able to conclude that the stoichiometry is not 1:1, and that it takes more iron for each permanganate, like 10 to a few. That's not scientific, but you didn't provide very precise data. Ten drops to a few drops only tells you that it takes more moles of iron than permanganate, since both are of the same concentration.
