well i'm not sure how to solve it or do something with it because usually an equation doesn't have both the < and = sign only just one so it's weird.

ok this one is confusing, i'm stuck but I will tell u what i know. 
so the rhombus has four equal sides 
1) m=18
2) m=x+y
3) m=30z
but the problem is no matter how you sub one value for e.g. m=18 into the second or third you still have one unknown one so u can't actually solve it so there should be a missing step somewhere unless i'm doing it wrong but i feel like i'm on the right track.
