for this question to be answered you need a periodic table of elements, you look at atomic numbers and when you find an element with 27 electrons and then add 2 electrons for element to be neutral. if its anion you seek than substract its charge example Cl- has 18 electrons but -1 equals to 17 and that is how much Cl really has electrons.
