\[(\frac{q_1+q_2}{2})^2=\frac{q_1^2+q_2^2+2q_1q_2}{2}=\frac{q_1^2+q_2^2}{2}+q_1q_2\] this shows that q1*q2<{(q1+q2)/2}^2 and thus F2>F1
