(v1/v2)=(n1/n2) (32/v2)=(4/60) v2=(32*60)/4 v2=480 volts

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The winding factor is 15 (60/4) so the output is input * 15. so it is 32*15 = 480 V Ni/No = Vi/Vo

OpenStudy (anonymous):

secondary/primary is the amount of times that the voltage is multipiled 60/4 = 15x as many turns so 32 volts in the input yeilds 32v x 15 = 480V
