Take 3m^2-3n^2 first. 3 is common to both 3m^2-3n^2. So take it out. Then u vl get 3(m^2-n^2) (m^2-n^2) can be written as (m+n)(m-n). then 3(m^2-n^2)=3(m-n)(m+n) Upto this part r u clear?
