if got right what you think by that question then answer is that reaction yield percentage can be max 100% cause by 100% means that at least one (limiting) reactant reacted completely

Percent yield = actual yield/theoretical yield x 100 Your theoretical yield is based on Law of Conservation of Mass, and you can never get more than that. So...answer: no, it can't.
