OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which action will shift the equilibrium of this reaction to the right? AB(g) + C(g) jl A(s) + BC(g) a. adding A b. removing C c. increasing the pressure d. increasing the volume of the reaction vessel

OpenStudy (anonymous):

please help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would say A, more reactant=more product = position of equilibrium to the right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks alot!

Increasing the pressure would shift the equilibrium to the right. AB and C are both in a gaseous state and when the pressure is increased within the reaction vessel, the probability of the gases coming into contact (and reacting) increases.
