Baring the annoying to read upload, I think the best thing to try first is to list your options, since this is about lead oxides. The yellow specimen is most likely massicot, the orthorhombic configuration of Lead (II) oxide, PbO. (this compound exists in two crystalline forms, yellow & red) The brown specimen is most likely a mixture of any of the following: Lead (II) oxide, PbO, with a tetragonal crystal structure (aka. litharge), Lead (II) oxide, PbO, with an orthorhombic crystal structure (aka. massicot) Lead trioxide, Pb\(_3\)O\(_4\) (aka. minium, red lead or triplumbic tetroxide) Lead dioxide, PbO\(_2\) (aka. scrutinyite with orthorhombic, or plattnerite with a tetragonal) Can you find your answer from here?
