OpenStudy (anonymous):

which of these elements share the same electron configuration: N, Na^+, O^2-, O, F , F- ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Attached is the common ion charges. I believe it is whatever is grouped together.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do you figure out the differences ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is how each is charged (where the electrons are as far as levels). I don't know how to figure out the differences. I imagine it is just established fact and the is no exact formula.

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

\(Na^+, O^{2-}, F^-\) all have 10 electrons and do all share the electronic configuration of neon (Ne).
