The resistance of a conductor at 500°C is 12Ω, at 60°C it is 15Ω. What is the resistance at a) 0°C; b) 194°C? Ω = Ohms

i suppose u can use this relation: \[R _{T} = R _{T _{o}} [ 1 + \alpha (T - T _{o}) ]\] where, To = reference temperature (deg Celsius) T = temperature of interest (deg Celsius) R(To) = resistance at reference temperature (ohm) R(T) = resistance at temperature of interest (ohm) a = temperature coefficient of resistivity (1/deg Celsius) so first, take T = 500 deg C and To = 60 deg C and the resistances respectively, to find the value of a. once u know a, take To = 0 deg C, and T = any one of the given temp. u can find R(To). in a similar way, find out R at 194 deg C.
