Alright so electrolytes areeeeeeeee ABLE TO CONDUCT ELECTRICITY!!! :D So basically strong acids and bases are strong electrolytes

Why? You may ask. Because they are able to COMPLETELY dissociate into ions. So let's look at your list. HBr - I might say this is a VERY good acid and STRONG ELECTROLYTE! HF - a weak acid (notice it's high electronegativity AKA attractivity) and weak electrolyte >.< Zn(NO3)2 - strong electrolyte because it's a salt!
