Bill, who is married, is paid weekly and claims 3 exemptions. Assume Social Security rate is 6.2% on $97,500 and 1.45% for Medicare. Thank you for the recommendation. However, not being familiar with this topic, I would not want to venture a reply. On the other hand, if you have an FIT handbook available, you may do well to extract the percentage required for someone who is ready to help, but does not have the information.
