rope is lock one pulley and passing another pulley and also applying 380N force on it's passing end. then what the relation between the tension on both part of rope.

|dw:1343411071913:dw| if situation is as in above fig.then if rope is mass less and pulley is free to move without friction and pulley is still in rest , this imply that net torque on the pulley is zero. that is tension force by rope is equal on both side of pulley. also as end of rope where force is applied is at rest, which means the tension of string exactly counter the applied force. and hence tension in rope is same every where and is equal to applied force.
