What is the difference between AMO and BMO?

OpenStudy (ghazi):

as far as i can understand this BMO bonding Bonding orbitals are formed by bonding interactions between atomic orbitals are constructive (in-phase) interactions. which also means probability of finding electron is high also bonding molecular orbitals are lower in energy than the atomic orbitals that combine to produce them. and in Anti-bonding molecular orbitals... anti-bonding interactions between atomic orbitals are destructive (out-of-phase) interactions. and anti-bonding molecular orbitals are higher in energy than the atomic orbitals that combine to produce them.
