Unless you mean \[\sqrt{(3)}*x\]

Right. "Square Root" is a bit of a finnicky function. It is very specifically only defined for non-negative reals.

OpenStudy (valpey):

But the square root allows x=0. It is the denominator which prevents x=0 from being in the domain.
