How do I calculate the value for the equilibrium constant at any pressure and temperature for the reaction CO2 + c <==> 2CO ?

From first principles? You could assume both are ideal gases, then construct the partition function for each gas, and calculate from that the equilibrium pressure constant. A good graduate statistical mechanics textbook, like McQuarrie, will show you how. It may be accurate enough at high temperatures and low pressures, where the ideality assumption holds good. You sure that's what you mean?
