Strong acids do not react with each other in aqueous solution. Why would they? If both HX and HY dissociate completely -- which is what it means to be "strong" -- then you are left with H3O+, X-, and Y-. What is going to react? If you are not working in aqueous solution, a reaction might be possible if one acid is stronger than the other, and the other is capable of acting like a base. I can't think of any examples of that, however, because I can't think of any strong acid that is capable of acting like a base.
