NH4Cl+NaNO2 gives out???
When (NH4)2Cr2O7 is heated, its give out??
Urea when reacts with water it gives out??
1. NH4Cl + NaNO2 -> NH4NO2 +NaCl splits NH4+, Cl-, Na+, NO2- NH4NO2 is pretty nifty and a good way to get your name on a government list 2. (NH4)2Cr2O7 - Delta -> N2 + H2O + CrO3 N2 abundant in and predominates our atmosphere it must be stable :), H2O its a common decomposition product and it is everywhere, and the metal chromium (Cr) wants to give away 6 electrons so I will go with CrO3 Balance (NH4)2Cr2O7 - Delta -> N2 + H2O + CrO3 2N, 8H, 1 Cr, 7 O -> 2N, 2H, 1Cr, 4O times the water by 4 (NH4)2Cr2O7 - Delta -> N2 + 4H2O + CrO3 2N, 8H, 1 Cr, 7 O -> 2N, 8H, 1Cr, 7O looks balanced final answer (NH4)2Cr2O7 - Delta -> N2 + 4H2O + CrO3 3. Urea is CO(NH2)2 from what I recall I would guess the products would be H2O + CO(NH2)2 ->CO2 + NH4 Drawing the mechanism is probably pretty simple I would like to try but I'm far to lazy and also I dont want to draw it with a track pad
Btw thanks for the problems they were fun :)
