I think they use different prefixs in inorganic chemistry than organic, in inorganic it goes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ,6, 7 ,8, 9, 10 mono, di, tri, tetra, penta, hexa, hepta, octa, nano, deca

PO4 (phosphate) is a polyatomic ion, just treat it as if it is one element, another example of a polyatmoic ion is nitrite (NO3) or nitrate (NO4)
