A diver jumps off of the high dive platform, which is 32.81 feet in the air. The diver's height (h) with respect to time(t) is noted by h(t)=-16t^2+18t+32.81. a) Find the diver's height 1.5 seconds after they start their dive. b) When is the diver at their maximum height? c) What is the diver's maximum height?

For a just plug in the time value. It is correct. For b note that you will have a max height when the acceleration stops. When acceleration is equal to 0. Since acceleration would be the first derivative of the equation given, derive it. 1/2 is the exact value. Now to find what that max height is, use t=1/2
