\[p=mv\] hence,v=2....now\[F \delta t=impulse\]impulse=change in momemtum=2,as mass is constant,change in velocity is 2.\[kinetic energy=1/2 mv^2\].use these eq. to find the answer.
The answer I get is 10.Actually From whatever formula I calculated,the answer came 10,but it was not among the options for this MCQ. The options were something like 3.5,3.8,3.2 and 4.4J I don't remember the figures Exactly but I'm pretty sure they were in 3s and 4s
