how do you find the vertex of a parabola

if it is in the form \(y=ax^2+bx+c\) the first coordinate of the vertex is \(-\frac{b}{a2}\) and the second is what you get for \(y\) when you replace \(x\) by that number
make that \(-\frac{b}{2a}\)
So how would you find the vertex of x=-4(y-2)^2+2
that one you do with your eyeballs
dang you want to write this one like \((y-k)^2=a(x-h)\)

write it as \[x-2=-4(y-2)^2\]
what the heck is gong on
i have no idea
read off the result, it is \((2,2)\)
