I really don't know where to start.... Assume an electric field permeates all space, where E = 9640i N/c. A point charge (mass 90.8 g, charge 7.35 μC) is released from rest at the origin; it accelerates, passing through point A at (1.4,0). Find tA, the time it takes for the sphere to travel from the origin to point A. Find vA, the speed of the sphere when it reaches point A.

Force= Eq and acceleration is force/mass. if use these equations, you will get acceleration as 0.78 m/s^2 in +ve x-direction distance is half times 0.5*acc*time*time. this gives you time which is 1.9s speed is time * acceleration speed is1.482m/s in +ve x-direction
