Prime factor 160, and you get 2^5 * 5. The equation now becomes -4 * (4 * sqrt(2)) * sqrt(5).
I got this far... \[4 (4 \times \sqrt{10})\]
Don't combine both sqrt's. It will do you no good if you're simplifying the expression.
Right but the answers are this A.\[-4\sqrt{80}\] B.\[-4\sqrt{16}\] C.\[-16\sqrt{10}\] D.\[\sqrt{10}\]

first of all find the quare root of 160 and then solve bracket and then multiply.
\[\sqrt{160} = 4\sqrt{10}\] Right?
@muhammad9t5 Since 160 is not a square number, you can't do that without having to round, thus against the idea of simplifying. sqrt(160) = 4 * sqrt(10). Multiply it by -4 and you get answer C.
Thanks
