B) The fraction of the amine functional group (pKa=9.6) that is protonated at pH=7.

I am confused right off the bat with "fraction." What fraction do you think they are looking for in this question? I used pKa - pH = -log (ratio). A) 316 = ratio B) 0.0025 = ratio
