hint: you can rewrite 25 as 5^2 so... \[\huge 5^{x+1} = 5^2\] can you see what to do now? or do you need more help?

when you have same bases but different exponents, you can just equate the expoennts for example: \[\huge 2^ x = 2^2 \implies x = 2\] or \[\huge 3^{x + 4} = 3^3 \implies x + 4 = 3 \implies x = -1\] do you get it now?
