The first thing to do is determine how many moles there are of MG(NO3)2 you have with 46.4 grams of it. And the first step in that process is to determine the molecular weight of Mg(NO3)2. Are you cool with that much?

So there are two molecules of Nitrogen in each mole of Mg(NO3)2. In each NO3 group there is one nitrogen atom. And in the Mg(NO3)2 group, there are to NO3 groups....
