How much positive and negative charge is there in cup of water?

not this..... i am asking how much charge i.e., total no of charge(the numeric value)present in water
cant say anything about "1 cup of water" ,,did you mean 1 mole of water ?

Water is a neutral compound and not an anion. Therefore its overall charge is zero. The oxygen has a partial negative charge because it inequally shares electrons with the hydrogens but this is offset by the partial positive charge of the hydrogen.

No. of molecules=Moles*Avogardo's constant \[Molecules=20*(6*10^{23})=1.2*10^{25}\] 1 molecule has 1+1+8 electrons. That is, I cup has \[1.2*10^{26}\]Electrons. The charge on an electron is \[1.6*10^{-19}C\] So the cup has\[1.2*10^{26} *1.6*10^{-19}=1.92*10^7C\]In negative (and positive) charge.
