Could someone please help me with this question? 5.00 g of nitrogen is completely converted into an oxide of nitrogen. The mass of the oxide formed is 19.3g. What is the empirical formula of the oxide?

ok start by writing the equation to see what you have and what you dont have and then you calculate amount of N you have in moles from mass and then you have amount after oxidation and just calculate amount of oxygen
