Forming a polynomial with degree 5 and with these zeros: -6,-i,-6+i. Just need help being able to solve it please.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since the imaginary roots occur in conjugate pairs thus the 5 roots are as folllows -6,-i,+i,-6+i,-6-i

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thus the eq is of the form (x+6)(x+i)(x-i)(x+6-i)(x+6+i)=0 or (x+6)(x^2+1)(x^2+12x+37)=0

rest i hope u can multiply..

Thanks. I was wondering though if you can get the values as well by trying to use the quadratic formula?
