Describe a "Hydrogen Bond"

OpenStudy (suwhitney):

I am studying types of Ionic, Covalent, and Hydrogen Bonds and I have a good grasp on all of them except Hydrogen bonds. Please help :D Bonus question: Are Hydrogen Bonds chemical?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hydrogen bonding occurs when a Hydrogen atom bonds with a very electronegative element (N, O, S) it is a chemical bond

OpenStudy (anonymous):

gwhen water molecules are close together, their positive and negative regions are attracted to the oppositely-charged regions of nearby molecules. The force of attraction, is called a hydrogen bond. Each water molecule is hydrogen bonded to four others. •The attraction created by hydrogen bonds keeps water liquid over a wider range of temperature than is found for any other molecule its size.
