If I'm given only the concentration (g/ml), density (g/ml), and molar mass? I want to find the volume of C12H36O2(steric acid) i'm given d= 0.847g/ml and concentration= 1.36e-4 g/ml i calculated the molar mass and got 284.54g/mol and converted the concentration to mols/ml by doing c/molar mass and got 0.03869744 mols/ml then I tried to combine density and concentration in one equation and got d=(molsxvolumexmolarmass)/(volume)^2 and isolated volume getting v=molsxmolarmass/density this all looks really funky what am I supposed to do?
